Amorris Guest House Policies  

1) Cancellations must be made 14 days prior to your scheduled date of arrival. All cancellations made less than 14 days prior are subject to forfeiture of deposit. All reservations require 50% of the total charges in advance. All refunds are assessed a $25 cancellation fee. Guest booking within 14 days of arrival forfeits all deposits cancelled. Guest booking our three day minimum stay package must comply with minimum stay requirements. Two-day bookings on all weekends except major holidays, which require three-day bookings. Check-Ins must arrive by 6:00 PM unless prior arrangements have been made.

2) No pets are permitted. If rooms are left unreasonably messy, a $75 cleaning fee will be charged. Any damage to rooms or its contents will be charged to the guest making the reservation.

3) Maximum capacity of guesthouse is eight people. Upon Check-In, guest will provide management with the names of guests. This information will be provided to security. Any unauthorized guest found in guesthouse is grounds for eviction with no refunds.

4) Only guest who actually booked the reservation may Check-In, unless prior arrangements have been made with management.

5) Any disruptive activity at the management’s discretion shall be grounds for eviction. Water resources are limited on the island, please conserve. Quiet time is 1:00 AM .

6) For your safety and others, smoking is not permitted in the house.

7) We wish for all to have a good time, but please be considerate during your stay.
